Hey /fit/, I'm new here. Recently I've realized that I've been getting pretty unhealthy, but I don't want to stay like this. I'm very skinny but I've gained a lot of stomach fat, which is weird because it's not like I eat a lot of junk food- but I've been staying indoors way more than I should be (I have some bad living circumstances right now and I live in a drug/gang infested neighborhood, so I don't go outside much anymore because I don't want to get robbed or shot). One trip to the the doctor and one blood test later, I find out that my triglycerides are way too high. The doc said I was perfectly healthy other than that, but I didn't show him my stomach.

What should I do? I read the sticky btw.

I've been overweight or obese since 12 and today, after having been laughed at at supermarket, I decided I've had enough.

Some info about me
>22 y.o.
>working each day 10-6, alarm set for 9, going to bed at 2 AM
>112kg atm (246 lbs in freedom units)
>186cm (6"1')
>walk around 4km every day
>have some muscle, I lifted for 2 months at the beginning of this year and also a few months in previous years
>eat quite normally, bun/roll (not from english speaking country, so not sure what to call it) with ham and butter for breakfast, something in restaurant for lunch and then something small for dinner, nothing else
>drink basically just water, minimal amount of soft drinks (around 0.3l per day at most)

My goal is to lose weight, at this point I don't care about muscles. Ideally, I'd like to get to 90kg (200 lbs), or at least under 100kg (220lbs). However, I'm not sure what to do.
Could someone give me a pointer in the right direction?

Should I start running in the morning? Eat less? Hit the gym and build muscle (transforming it from fat)? All at once? Keep in mind I am commuting or working from 9 AM till 7 PM and I'd like to get 6+ hours of sleep, so that leaves me with less than 7 hours of free time.

In the past, I have tried a few approaches, all of them failed. In gym, I wasn't losing any weight (quite the opposite, gaining it) so I stopped and I also tried reducing my food intake which helped but veeery slowly (losing 0.5kg over a month).

Is it possible to make your bones thicker after adolescence? I'm embarrassed of my narrow rib cage and shoulders, tiny wrists and hands, etc. I don't know why this happened, but I have drastically smaller hands, for example, than any other man in my family, even smaller than my mother's. It's probably from undereating, staying inside all day (low vitamin d), not exercising, and other poor lifestyle choices during puberty.
I'm in my mid 20s now, and I've been reading about a bunch of supplements (Strontium, Vitamin K2, Niacin, etc). Would they be of any use? I've been trying to exercise more, but my bones are weak and fragile, and I don't think muscle can really compensate for bone structure anyway. Can anything really be done for lankletism or am I stuck being a scrawny beta faggot for the rest of my life?

Doing Stronglifts 5x5 for about 10 months now. I'm a 19 year old male, 178cm (5'8 or something). Weigh 80kg (176lbs).

I'm stuck on bench with 65kg (143lbs). I checked my form;

- ROM
- Grip
- Bar path
- Scapula retraction

I keep hitting 65kg but failing. I tried deloading a few times to 60kg, but everytime I come back to 65kg again the weight feels heavy, even when unracking.

I'm on a cut, -300 calories under maintenance, but a lot of days I end up eating maintenance because I'm an undisciplined cunt.

SOS, please help, it's been 2 months since I saw bench progress..
