Depending on the day they can look pretty bad. I was hoping to avoid them turning white and to just fix them as soon as possible. I'm a leaffag so I'm not sure laser surgery is covered on insurance

Former pro sport player here. Just retired this year, and have only trained once since then. Just have no motivation to do it. It's something I've done for the past 15 years and I think maybe I'm a bit burnt out or something. Anyone else gone through a slump? I've gone from a situation where I trained most days with my bros to a solitary trainer in a shitty commercial gym. Any advice boys?

You sound like a fatty trying to lose weight. Best to avoid any and all of this shit until the cravings stop and you can enjoy normal, healthy food instead of trash. If you do have a cheat meal, stay within your cut or at least at maintenance, make a little room (skip a meal, have 2 light meals) and have something unhealthy for dinner.

I am currently too weak to be working out in public, so i have decided to get a bench to make the beginning gains in the comfort of my home. However, i'm 6'4 and all the entry level models i find online in the 100 dollar range (based on reviews) appear to be for sub 6' manlets. Can someone recommend a good entry level bench/weight set for someone who is tall?

Why the fuck do people feel the need to mix the tons of genetic factors such as skeletal structure, height, wrist size, overall skeletal frame and width from shoulder to shoulder with loads of heavily influencable attributes such as muscle mass, fat percentage and """metabolism""" (also known as calorie needs per day which drastically changes based on bodyfat and muscle mass) and straight up how heavy you are (also incredibly influencable) into this cesspool of shit called the "somatotypes"?

I especially dislike the "endomorph" one. That's just the frame of a "mesomorph" but with too much fat. Okay, some people gain muscle faster than others, but how the fuck is fat percentage even related to "bodytype"? If you have the exact same skeletal structure and height as a ripped dude, and you ended up with a similar bodyfat and weight plus trained exacly like them, your ""metabolism"" would be VERY similar to them.

It feels like this is just an excuse weak willed lanklets or fatties use to devalue the work of people who actually work out down to "its just genetics", and try and justify their own shitty body by saying "im just like this cause genetics, cant change that"

Even if you look at the "ectomorph", you'd find that if they had an FFMI of like 25 they'd STILL be considered a "mesomorph".

The whole creation of this crappy pseudo-science shit is just a joke.
