Does it make sense to do a lot of volume work on a cut? I'm currently doing a powerlifting routine like I always do but I realised that I want to look more aesthetic

I've got two questions.

1. How do I properly transition from a cut to a bulk? do I add 100kcals each week until maintenance, hold at maintenance for ~2weeks and then add 100kcals each week till desired surplus?

2. I want to bulk at a 300 surplus, how much weight am I supposed to gain per week/month?

I'm freaking the fuck out.

I have 1 month left to get a 11 minute 2.4k
Currently I can only run 1 mile in 7 mins 30 secs

I've yet to run more than a mile without stopping. I have been platued at a mile for a while now.

Can someone write me a m/w/f running program that will add half a mile to my run endurance in 30 days?

The run is tested on a treadmill and I do my running on a treadmill, so I can use that to my advantage

Sprinting and interval training (like tabatas) increase aerobic capacity more than endurance running so long distance running is, ironically, fucking worthless for training for long distance running. Do 2.4k like once a week so you're psychologically used to it. Endurance training is a fucking meme though.

How strong do you have to be to be considered normie strong? Is 1/2/3/4 sufficient or less?

if you can max out on the dumbbells in your gym for benchpressing, you're considered very strong

OHP a plate is also unheard of to them
squatting without a machine is unheard of, let alone anything above 2 plate
deadlifting without a rounded back is unheard of, 2.5 plate and above is impressive to them

honestly the most impressive thing to them is chinups/pullups with weight added via a belt.

I'm in a rough spot right now, I lost my job a month or so ago and I'm currently looking for work.

As a result my sleep schedule is fucked beyond belief, I usually get to sleep at 5 or 6 am and wake around 2pm in the afternoon.

I can't sleep until 5 or 6 due to said cycle, if I try a hard reset and try to sleep only 3 or 4 hours tonight waking up around 9am tomorrow will it fuck up my gains? I'm only a few weeks into lifting so I want to acquire as many noob gains as possible.
