Left side is the exercise, right side is the mobility for that exercise, you do mobility after each set

FSAS - Fundamental Straight Arm Strength
FBAS - Fundamental Bent Arm Strength
FLS - Fundamental Leg Strength

the numbers like 5x60s means mastery for the movement, in this case you look at 60s/60rep template and follow that progression, once you hit mastery (can do 5x60s) you move to the next level

for negative movements, 5x5x10s means you descend for 10s each rep

Recovering from getting fat. Again. Due to myself.

Ran 3.6 today. Old knee injury started to hurt again. Feels good to be back, though. Gonna keep at it.

(The run is tested on a treadmill and I do my running on a treadmill, so I can use that to my advantage)

I've been out for about 4-5months with what was thought to be rotator cuff tendonitis. No improvement, might be a tear.
Been doing legs, abs every othe day and am dying because I can't do upper body, hopefully will be back soon.

I've been stuck in an endless cycle of failing 160 and deloading for months. I can usually work from 135 to 155 without much of a problem but the second I hit 160 I can't get 5 reps.

Usually do 3x8 OHP first push day lighter and 3x5 the second day heavy.
