I do a fullbody routine, In wich I start working my arms and chest, then back, then core (abs, then obliqes, then abs again), after wich I do legs (squats) and then do abs again just beacuse.


Am I supossed to go like that? To start at the top of my body then going down? Or it doesnt matter.?

Alright I got a keto question

I've read from various sources that I need minimum 0.6 * 205 (body weight) grams of protein a day, and at protein 10 calories per gram, that's 1230 calories just from protein.

Most sites are telling me I need about 2100 calories per day for maintenance (at 5'11, 205 pounds), and 1600 to lose a pound a week.

How am I supposed to get 75% of my calories from fat when 1260 of my calories are coming from the minimum amount of protein i need a day

I was told I had to lose about 80lbs to be a healthy weight. I've lost 20 so far, but I'm terrified of being left with all the flabby excess skin after losing all the weight and looking like an elderly person.

Is there any way to either prevent it or minimize it?

it's a sad scar of a decade+ mistake op. i believe the skin gets less saggy with time when you're still young. if you are only 80lbs overweight then if you start lifting you might be able to 'fill out' your skin a bit with muscle.

i'm going to have to save up a lot of money for skin surgery. gonna have to live with compressions shirts/pants for a while once i hit my goal. oh well.

/fit/, in a year (july 2018) I'm going in a babe filled trip to beach paradise and I need to get my game ready, my body looks pic related and my face is something between 8 or 9 out of ten. I don't want crazy gains, just give me a body that does not draw (bad) atention from my face.

Eat enough calories and protein to bulk and do bodyweight excercises. You'll get more than big enough by next year; shouldn't have to touch the gym unless you want to impress people with lift numbers, amuse them with your 1 rep max, or go beyond what passes for big among normies.
