I hurt my lower back a few days ago but now it feels better again. Should I go right back into my heavy squats and deadlifts or just wait a few more weeks?

Stretch as much as you can and replace your squats/deadlifts with things that focus on your core, i.e. Sit-ups, body squats, etc.

Do this for two weeks and begin doing squats/deadlifts with a very low weight and progress in weight at a comfortable pace.

You need to avoid snapcity at all costs, don't be dumb and not train a body part that is obviously weak.

Calculate TDEE and eat 1000 kcal less, for a weekly total deficit of 7000 kcal, or 2 lb.
As you see the deficit is huge so I don't recommend it unless you're an obese fuck with a 4000 kcal TDEE

To answer your question this drink is good for you in a sense that you're not drinking soda.
These are great for cutting. I typically drink 1 in the morning, and a couple throughout the day depending on how active I am. Slamming one down after a hard workout is the best. They're very hydrating and actually contain a large amount of micronutrients you don't find in a lot of other drinks.
for 99 cents it's probably the best drink for its's value that isn't exclusively marketed as a "health drink".
Pros:Sugar content considerably low in comparison to other teas on market, easy accessibility and low price, contain various vitamins and minerals not often found in water
Cons: The taste can get repetitive,
Down a couple a day, anon! May good gains be forever in your favor.

so today I was doing really heavy incline dumbbell bench and I was wondering if anyone has experienced this?

I was about to throw back the dumbbells but before I did I took a deep breath, I threw them back did one rep and on the eccentric part I exhaled... then the next rep I got super light headed and semi blacked out (kind of like when you stand up to fast) and the next rep shot up incredibly easy, like zero effort. Keep in mind these were 105lb dumbbells and I was doing them for 3x5 so these are definitely heavy for me. The rep literally felt like I was lifting air... anyone ever experience this?

Is concurrent periodization the ONLY way to break a plateau like AlphaManlet says? It's so fucking complicated to do and I always mess it up when I try it. Is there really no other way?
