The macro ratios seem okay, calorie wise it's about 3c/1p/1f, or 20% protein. Lots of fiber and iron too. Looks like some sort of bean? But it has too much fat for that so idk

Fucking lifting for 6 years now, and at least half the people I've lifted around over the last 6 years have jumped on the juice.

I'm so fucking jelly. Watching them go from "alright looking" to "jacked as fuck brah" in a matter of months out of nowhere despite having lifted for years before with minimal progress.

Well, the guy whose been supplying everyone at the gym talked to me about it, and he said I can ask him anytime and he'll hook me up no problem, but I'm too much of a baby bitch to start.

Here's my story from Fat to Fit

Well /fit/ I gotta work with what I have: Current routine is this. Its a fullbody

>push ups, 3 sets of 20 reps
>disp, 3 sets of 20 reps
>inv. rows 5 sets of 15
>back extension, 5x5
>sit ups, 5 sets of 10 reps
>oblique crunches/lat. leg raises, 2 sets of 10 reps on each side
>leg raises, 3 sets of 10 reps
>squats, 5 sets of 10 reps
>planks, 4 planks of 60 secs

And after all of that I do dragon flag progression.

Surprisingly, I have seen gains. Getting stronger, back looks better, but I've lost 1kg, wich is bad beacuse im a skeleton, but anyways.

Have been thinking, should I instead do a brosplit?

What I have thought is

>Do upper body day (arms, chest, back), then core day, and then leg day.

>Do upper body and legs, including core in both

>Keep doing fullbody.

Well /fit/, what do I do? I gotta do what I can with what I have, and im not gonna give up any time soon. What do you guys think?

I need some advice from my /fit/ bros. I'm roughly 360-380lb and I've been trying to diet and exercise and I've been reading up on bulking and all that good stuff and figured I would start with bulking but I've got a problem. I've been bulking for roughly 2 months now and I feel like I've gotten more and more lazy and I barely feel like I can exercise at all for the day. Did I overdo the bulking or fuck up something here?

Goodwill. Took like nine trips over the course of three months, but I was able to replace a couple of suits where it was too tight for my shoulders and chest. And they're only 6dollars for suitcoat + pants. 7 if they have a vest. And of course 1/2 off on a random day of the week.
