I had a fat spic friend in high school who was always working out at Xperience fitness (a shit budget gym) and claimed to have used DNP (he probably did buy something called DNP but it wasnt real) and would always talk about his supplement "stack" and he was a fucking retard always saying he could bench 315 despite being a fucking lard ass.

God damn I feel worry for people that don't sleep much. I get 8-9 hours a night and have several powerful dreams almost every night that I remember enough to journal.
Do you not enjoy sleep? I honestly look forward to it even though I am rarely tired.

i was sqautting in the gym (started 2 months ago) and i inadvertantly let out a huge FART at the bottom of the sqaut. i honestly feel this made it easier for my leg muscles to transfer momentum upwards. possibly it was placebo, but given powerlifters train for years for ONE lift, my question is whether storing up huge amounts of fart-energy prior to a lift could possibly be used to give a competitive lifter an edge?

Armyfag here, are rest days a meme or are they mandatory? My workouts are calisthenics on strength days and running on cardio, I don’t want to take a rest day because I don’t want to break my cardio pattern

running rest days are mandatory. You will get an overuse injury if you run hard every day of the week. There are plenty of runners doing 6-1, though. You can probably work running every day if you run "easy" a few days a week as long as you listen to your body. On rest days you can do low-impact cardio - elliptical if you want to look like a pussy, cycling or swimming or something. You can do cardio every day, but not run every day.
Rest days for calisthenics aren't really mandatory. Legit lifting necessitates rest days, but calisthenics don't really have the same effect on muscles in my experience.
Lets get some positivity going here, I'm sick of all this shit posting. Post a goal, life aspiration or experience that has recently been completed or experienced recently. I don't care how egotistical or narcissistic you are, just post something that you're proud of that is occurring in your life.
