What's your honest opinions on Mass Gainers? I think every skelly should be on one, they are superior to just taking protein powder in every way, it has all of the essential carbs, calories, and protein for optimal weight gain. If you take a shake with each meal its literally impossible to not gain weight, I reccomend taking a half servings 2-3 times a day after each meal, doing this has worked wonders for me.

I'm trying to do the kazotsky kick, (that Russian dance thing), but I can't lift myself off the ground enough to do the kicks. Do I need to work on my legs or my weight? I'm not a fatass, either, and some tips would be helpful. Pic not related, obviously.
idk the answer to ur qn but just be aware that the kazotsky kick also has links with weakening your knee, a lot of those dancers ended up with walking sticks and even wheelchairs

I've been part of a Russian folk dancing group for 9+ years, the whole secret is in bouncing while you do it.
You start kicking your leg out at the top of the bounce, so when you hit the bottom, your leg is fully out and your support leg's natural resiliency rubberbands you back up.
You're basically hopping from foot to foot as you bounce, way way easier than everybody makes it out.
