How do you deal with cutting fatigue?

I have all the energy for workouts and finish every set but feel shitty the rest of the day

I'm currently trying a high carb cut, ~800 under TDEE, with resistance training and 1 hour cardio.
Just 1 meal a day within a half hour of finishing my workout.
Feel fine all day, no fatigue or headaches, despite sometimes being 1k under TDEE.

Is there a consensus about correct time for stretching when it comes to strength training?
Is stretching actually important?

The medical consensus is that stretching afterward is correct, and doing mobility warmups like mobility circles, shoulder rolls, rotator cuff pre-hab exercises, etc is better before a workout.

it can actually fuck your shit up due to "dirty" foods often just being carb heavy sugary shit with no protein. I had a mate who went on a dirty bulk. He figured if he simply ate a lot, there was no need to track anything. After 3 months and no progress on anything but his pant size, he started tracking shit. Was eating 4000+ calories a day, and barely getting 150 proteins. Turns out potato chips, hot pockets, egg rolls, and pizza don't contain much proteins.

Honestly, your cutting and bulking diet should be basically the same. Just with more carb sides like bread/rice, fattier meat cuts (aka less chicken you lil gook shit), desserts after dinner, and less of a strict restriction on snack foods. All that could easily net you an extra 1000 calories a day.

Need /adv/ on weight lifting and I hate Reddit so here I am.

Been lifting for a few months (5), made slow progress. 132lbs > 150lbs. I'm contempt with this. However I think I fucked up with my routine, im experiencing a plateau so soon. Routine went like this...

Chest and Legs
>Tuesday
Back and shoulders
>Wednesday
Rest
>Thursday
Arms (Bi's and Tri's)
>Friday
Rest
>Saturday
Chest and Legs (Rinse and repeat)

My average workout was about 1hr30mins, incorporated the major compounds (except Deadlift)

Anyway the reason I think I fucked up... I'm still learning and recently read an article about the duration of muscle protein synthesis duration (48hrs avg), which makes me think a fault in this routine is it's potential for overtraining a muscle, especially triceps. I'm hitting certain muscles often within a day of one another. I've noticed my leg developement has been linear so far (consistently twice a week hit only), but most others are slowing to a crawl the heavier I get. I know gains come harder the more we go, but I'm far too novice to be experiencing any severe plateau.

Regardless I'm moving away from this routine, more info on request (PPLxPPL)

do full body 3x or an upper/lower or even a ppl if you want, but just get it from a reputable source, dont write it yourself. if you want to learn about programming I suggest you look at JTS or renaissance periodization on youtube

Well I went out of the blue to a low t clinic and got checked. Came back at 311 test. They already said I need to come back again and see if I have a low score again I could probably start therapy. I'm barely 25! Why have i been cursed with such shit genetics!
