Anybody else get a dull snapping sensation in their tricep and shoulder while exercising? I've had this issue for about a decade, but it doesn't seem like it has gotten worse, just annoying and sort of hurts when pushing higher weights.

5 ft 7 guy here, and I heard frequently visiting a chiropractor can add an inch or two to your height.
Should I give it a try? It would be another expense in my already tight financial situation, but gaining even an inch would be worth it in my eyes. Anyone here have any experience on this?

Bench press but don't extend as much using arms. The bench machines /fit/ hates work but again don't extend your arms too far.

I am trying to lose weight for the summer but I'm having trouble. I'm 5'9 and 210 currently. I box Mon-Thurs and I try to cut in portions. I use myfitnesspal to count my calories. Got any tips?

starting weights today with sole purpose to put on lean muscle. I also do muay and am wondering if i should focus on weight lifting and treat my muay thai as HIIT sessions or is there some way i can balance the two and still develop some good lean muscle? thanks os much

I'm 18 and the most I can make in the kitchen is eggs and soup. I'm underweight and trying to gain muscle, but I'm not getting nearly enough calories to grow and I'm hungry all the time. I can't work out anymore because I have no food to fuel me through it.

Can you give me some quick and healthy recipes for me to eat? I'm tired of eating the same shit and I'm sick of sitting idly and hungrily as my body deteriorates. I never knew eating could be so goddamn hard, but it seems like there's no food at all besides cereal, sandwiches, soup and sandwiches.
