ust had a run and i went all out. After i realised that i had gotten blisters on my feet. What can i do to prevent and heal them so i can continue running

-wear properly fitting running shoes, not the ones with the thick rubber heel
-air out your feet as soon as you've finished your run
-moleskin can be a godsend, if you know how to use it properly

Sorry bro, but blisters are part of everyday life for runner, especially newbies. They'll become far less frequent once your feet become tougher after a couple months.

Nobody has ever corrected my form at the gym. One older guy who just came in and deadlifted for like an hour said I had good squat form, that's the only time anyone has ever commented on my form.

...in fact it's the only time anyone has ever spoken to me at the gym.

Once an old guy reminded me to breathe every rep while i was deadlifting. He said he didn't want to have to pick me up off the floor.

Pretty harmless and safe advice, i still think of it to this day.

I am deathly afraid of doing barbell lifts and cannot snap myself out of it (snap lol).

Sadly though, I have been doing dumbells +bodyweight and some machines in the gym.

I usually do as close to SS as I can emulate but I do not know how to use the machines.

Can you do them? Do you like em?

Personally I struggle with linear (or any other) progression on them. I can do like pull ups fine but can't increase my row. Whenever I add more weight I either fail the lift entirely or my form goes to shit. Putting the bar back down after every rep seems to help but not by much

You can do strict rows with low weight high reps and increase linearly. The nature of the muscles used dictates that you won't be able to do high weight low rep rows with proper form. This is why you won't ever hear anyone ask how much you row. If your dead set on a linear increase in work performed, try a low weight high rep approach. Dont get hung up on it though, it's an assistance exercise.

My barbell, dumbbell, and T-bar rows don't go up by weight anymore, and I'm only 2 years in. Instead, I just focus on longer squeezes at the top, better form, and time under tension. It's sort of like my dumbbell chest flys, they don't actually increase in weight anymore, they just supplement other lifts that do.
