ITT: your favorite shoes you own and why.
>> comfy
>> aesthetically pleasing
>> very easy on the knees; can run on pavement and feel like you're running on clouds
runner up: the poorfag qasa for aesthetics at an affordable price
>>9646776
Aesthetically pleasing?? Hahah wow it is like wearing a sick forest.
>>9646789
>>9646776
GLV are the shit. Feet wrapped in big cloud titties type of feel.
>>9646786
I actually bought these as rainy day shoes because of the neoprene construction, very nice.
>>9647081
>> white soles
>> rain shoes
>>9647084
That's because I love white soles, even my winter boot have off white vibram soles. It's just personal preference I guess.
>>9647108
We really care.
>>9646786
Are these noticeably more comfortable than other trainers because of the sole?
>>9646776
That's like picking a favorite tool. They all do something different. Nike is my favorite brand. They fit my narrow, high arched feet. The last over 2 years. They are consistently very comfortable. The air soles are superior to foam ones. These are some cool ones I bought for trail running. They work great for hiking and running downhill.
>>9647118
They're very comfy. Imo comfort is based on three criteria: walking, running, and sitting(doing nothing)
These are really good for walking and sitting. The shoe feels nice to wear around the ankle as well
Great shoes, and really nice to walk around in.
>>9647112
it's called having a discussion. It's not like I brought it up over nothing. People like you are the reason the art of conversation is dead.
>>9647345
ignore the trolls friend
>>9647370
I genuinely believe that was a stupid person.
>>9647379
i wish the mods would clean up fuccbois like him ruining /fa/ more often
>>9647435
those are very nice
>>9646776
Damn nigga I just copped these. Thanks for the tip
comfy, not that good looking but its worth the price
I like the chukka siluette. Looks great with shorts and chinos, not-so-good with some jeans. The Lunar soles are really comfortable and the weaved suede has held up surprisingly well over the last couple of years.
9/10 would cop again.
>>9647532
kek they look like DC or Etnies.
>>9647474
yeah man enjoy they're nice af
wearing now actually lel
tbh it's my cp achilles low in white
they're very versatile for my wardrobe, but i think they're just a versatile shoe in general. i wear a lot of neutral and pale colors and these work great.
they work with either pants or shorts.
they are far from comfy but they make me feel more confident so they're comfortable in that sense
>>9647125
Are trainerendors worth copping in black? Or are they gonna be meme shoes like roshes soon?
I can't decide.
>>9647640
My spidey senses are tingling. They would soon be meme shoes lawl.
You should probably consider buying asics gel lytes
>>9647640
No, they had their chance to become meme shoes when they were first re-released. Not enough people jumped on the wagon because they weren't a completely new model like the roshes were
I'd cop
propably my pair of birkenstock montanas, the toe-box shape and lacing structure are just the right type of weirdness for japanese street folk style i am looking for.
>>9647640
What size are you? I have some I bought in the wrong size and have never worn them.
>>9647885
i just hope you don't wear them like that
The material and yellow accents are enough to make this stand out from other white sneakers, but not so much that it forgets their purpose as a casual, unassuming everyday shoe.
Fucking dirt magnets though. I have to clean them after every single use even if I hardly step foot outside.
>>9646786
even better version dropping soon for the poorfags.
>>9647938
that is hideouse. would have been better in smooth leather.
>>9647532
ughhh ur disgusting as fuck
Got these pretty cheap, and they feel light.
I run with them at the gym.
>>9647913
eh yeah, these look like a bitch to clean too
>>9646776
two of your points are pretty much the same.
anyway, asics are hard to wear without looking like a highschooler unless you dress in asian streetwear
>>9647125
looks pretty awful to be honest, being comfortable is important though
>>9647332
ew
>>9647435
not in denim
>>9647532
lmao
>>9647548
really cool
>>9647622
>far from comfy
they're pretty comfortable, just not to the level of any running shoes.
>>9647871
sick
>>9647884
nize
>>9647885
post a fit, those are weird
>>9647913
>>9647938
>>9647960
nize
my favourite shoes i own are probably these, i like that they look more formal than some other sneakers.
>>9648038
Ever worn them with leather laces?
>>9648046
leather laces or waxed cotton ones for leather shoes?
i haven't tried either but that's a good idea if i can find any long enough
>>9647435
are these shoes comfy? never wore chucks before, but they look like they're terrible to wear. Fat sole with a thin upper seems like a bad idea. Am I wrong? How do they compare to "real" sneakers like all those retro runners?
>>9648038
You have bad taste though.
>>9647884
Why does everyone go crazy over these shoes? They are so plain. What is it that I'm not seeing?
>>9648098
>They are so plain
You just answered it yourself. They're nice, simple, safe, comfy shoes that add up well to a nice built outfit.
>>9647941
But they have those.
Very comfy, work with pretty much every pair of jeans and coat/jacket I own. Pretty good in wet weather and easy to clean despite being suede. Fairly cheap.
Definitely would cop again
>>9646789
Converse fag detected
>>9646776
these hand down are the best shoe i've ever owned.
>>9646776
This. I have a foot problem that requires me to wear a special insole. Thing is that it requires strong, high-top boots to keep my foot straight, and they usually look very bland or military like. Bought these on a trip to France, and feels good to have something that looks relatively nice for once.
