I was wearing a tattered pair of jeans, Clarks Wallabies, and a stained OBDC shirt when somebody said that to me.

I literally looked like shit, and probably smelled the part too, when somebody asked if I was "dressing up". I stumbled back home from a party the night before.

This guy was a roommate of mine, randomly chosen by the management. He wasn't exactly a NEET, but if he wasn't employed by the local Wal-Mart he would've been. The guy was a mess--fat, slovenly, and smelly--and he thought my unkempt state was "classy".

I had to go buy some drinks from the gas station one time with my friends. When I was leaving I was completely torn between which sports coat to wear out, debating on the colors and matching with my apparel I already had on.

Maybe I should have clarified that I work at a law office and I had wound down for the day. I was only wearing a white undershirt (one of the damn near see through t-shirts) and slacks. There was no way I was going out in only that. At least I didn't put my tie and entire suit back on.

Dude, you can wear a button down if you dress it down with sneakers or add a hat. It's the le minimal basic bitches who are afraid to stand out who wear docs, black jeans, an oxford, and a pullover who look silly. It's like they want to go to goth prep school. I ended up putting this on over it. With the t-shirt under it, it didn't look AWFUL taking into account I wasn't a v-neck, but i definitely could have done better. What do you think? Right choice? I have a about 15 similar coats and suit jackets. I could have just done something funny any worn the blue pinstriped seersucker.
