Well, and I won't pretend to enjoy this, I don't live in any sort of metro area at all... It's only when I go to the city that I even see a few people wearing them. I have not seen a single person wearing sambas in months. uggs, though...
Had these for three years now and still in great shape. Canvas had yellowed a bit but they're still my go to shoes.
>impossible to get in the EU. Import taxes if you order them from the us are murder.
>even considering ordering a shitty vietnamese made junk boot from a downthedrain english company from their american stockists
if these are the thoughts you are having you need to change your priorities immediately
there must be something in euro that can be bought
Just go with the Clarks, I don't care for their shoes really, but I love these boots. The leather is very soft and thin and doesn't wrinkle much at all. These are going to be my main summer shoes. Since they're thin my feet don't sweat and they look good laced up and unlaced. I got them for $105 on amazon. The Clarks store did not have any black leather anything.
walking around on over a week's rent.
i am human trash.
These are pretty similar:
Timberland earthkeepers brook park
there a size too big which is shit, I'm always bad at telling if a shoe is the right size..
I was a broke nigga when I got these, but they are comfortable as fuck for the price.
Well these get folds/creasing about an inch to the top of the shaft, so I imagine the creasing on the ankle boot is the same minus the inch or so of shaft length. Also since its double lined horse the creases are really hold their shape and wont be creasing differently every wear. I imagine other lined leather is the same, but I imagine non reversed leather creases more permanently since you cant simply brush the contrast away. That's what is keeping from buying some full grain in used condition. The creasing will stack on top each other because of two different wearers and I don't know if you can soak the creasing away on full grain horse/leather.
I bought Acne adrian sneakers, and I really regret not getting common projects. The leather wasn't really to make liking. If anyone is willing to trade used common projects for some used Acne adrians, hit me up itt.
reading comprehension problems much?
who the fuck said that popular is good, if not too many ppl own something, you won't read too many negative reviews about it and that's it
btw i don't have stans, out of the popular shoes i only own af1 lows
Yea, they're true to size. I wear a 10 in most nike shoes, sometimes a 9.5 and I wear a 43 in these.
Tbh, they've worn. I've worn them 3-4x a week for the last year. I wouldn't spend more than 300 on them. They're definitely worth 200-250. More than that might be a little much. Just lurk eBay and grailed if you must. There's a slightly used pair on eBay last I saw on a 43 for around 250 that were in excellent condition.
That saying, I copped 2 other color ways within a month of purchasing these. I love the shoe. So so much, but they're not the most fiscally responsible decision. If you can't afford them, just get some nike or converse an focus on saving money and staying of debt or student debt.
good ol' chucks
it's my 4th pair I think
