The Medium Balenciaga Clip comes close, but I've never been able to really get into the crackled, paper leather they use so much. And no handle/strap, which was kind of a dud for me.

I've traveled with all sorts of bags and I've personally come to the conclusion that for my own business purposes, a folio/clutch is much better than a backpack. A full sized bag is great for flights, but when I'm in a city proper and just shuffling between offices and showrooms, carrying only my phone, notepad, iPad, charger, wallet, and hotel key makes carrying a whole backpack kind of ridiculous.

I'm thinking of going in to Barneys or waiting for the new flagship to open to see this Margiela pouch in person.
