Go to the many middle eastern small businesses that specialize in furniture and see if you can get a custom made one. My family got ours from Suzy design. The couch is amazing quality and looks really nice but the owner is a huge asshole and delivered it a month late. I really recommend you check out where the materials are from too. Some friends of mine who are relatively neat people got a new designer dining set that looks amazing but it is shit quality.

Get rid of the red bookcase, add a armchair in its space to divide the room by function, top half is the bedroom, the lower half work space and recreation are. A chair angled towards the open balcony door would be a nice spot to sit and read with a good flow of fresh air.
