Post your /fa/ bedroom/house or dream house
because it's terrible. simple geometry doesnt make for good architecture. plus it's overplayed and easily replicated in minecraft.
can you see that house in the background? it's one of hundreds just like it, it has no personality, no soul. just because it uses simple shapes and some fuck calls it 'modern' doesn't make it good architecture.
>not living in a giant loft in the city
i mean it has a bed and a desk i dont care
i dont have a recent pic of my fourth wall
Part of a house I made for a class a few years ago in Revit, I have some exterior shots too
>wanting a modernist house
>wanting to live in the suburbs
>wanting to live in the city
Posting my bed. Don't really have much else in the room, so it's not worth posting.
Also found a new apartment a bit closer to work and other places in town, so this will be out of date, come Saturday.
you'd look like the most tryhard dick
Platform is mounted on a motorized piston so that the disabled owner of that house can access every single book. Nothing is out of range.
They don't look exactly like one another. There's always something that sets them apart and something to add visual interest. There's decorative trimming, different shapes and figures on the façade.
Modern architecture has none of that, it's like living in a cube. It looks cool for a while and then you get bored of it. It's literally "how to do the least work possible while selling it off as ~design~ and making dough off of it".
I live in Helsinki, in a neighbourhood designed by some schmuck who thought he was too clever for normal buildings so he plastered triangles over everything. It looks terrible.
Alvar Aalto can rot in hell. Rovaniemi, the city he designed, is the ugliest and most bland piece of grey shit on god's green earth.
Everything he touches turns to shit. Every modern building looks terrible after two years because it manages to look both bland and gaudy at the same time.
It's literally laziness.
Using this thread for advice on designing my room:
Anything you guys would change?
rectangle next to bed is Ikea NORNÄS
bedframe is 140cm wide
wardrobe to the right is an Ikea Pax
desk is 2,4m long, will use it for my notebook+display and DJ setup
stop being a hoarder anon MINIMALISM is top effay also what do u need a window for how will you maintain fa pale skin when the sun turns your skin brown lmao
you dont need a wardrobe just use some fucking rails it'll have the added benefit stoppping moths fucking with your shit since theyre less likely to do it in exposed well lit places.
update: doing it like that would block the wardrobe and I wouldn't be able to sit comfortably in front of the screen since the rack to the left would block it, any other ideas?
>tfw poor artfag that will never have this
