New thread, old one 300 like the Romans.
I hate white people like you.
Real leather sneakers with zipper in the back, zip up or leave unzipped for storage. I store my shoes on their soles, or should I store them flat like in a box?
I'm sure black people cringe on the instead everytime a mexican does it. I can see the disgust in their face. It could only be acceptable if you're white if each and every one of those black people know you really well, you can't have one odd guy out.
Zip up to maintain shape and sit them face up on their soles so the leather doesn't get damaged. I worked in a shoe store for a year and frankly most of the shit shoe stores do to store shoes is specialized for shoes that aren't regularly worn and just sit around in stock. As a rule, don't do anything to store shoes that a store would do--no cardboard boxes, especially!
Not familiar with a Thom Brown, I do know Thom Browne however.
His pants aren't made 36 inches long and then hemmed though, I'm trying to hem to make my pants look normal since they're long as fuck.
I lived all my life in Australia and now I am visiting a friend in Germany. Right next to his apartment is a COS store. I went in a couple of times and it seems reasonably priced with not too loud designs. What are the "must haves" from COS?
Hey guys looking to pickup some new shoes seeimg as timbs are getting a bit played out imo. Looking to pickup a new replacement being either 1460 monos, 1461 monos, black desert malis or some chelseas but gavent seen any around $300 which look decent, can I have some advice/reccommendations? Cheers
Can anyone give me some recommendations for mac coats (or a similar style) in the $300 range? I really like this APC one, but $600 is pretty steep...
w2c nice black shorts to go with tights/leggings
Pic somewhat related, but something with a slightly tighter silhouette
Looks like one of the styles of wool jacket the Swedish army had. Not the same type of pattern, obviously, but similar cut
Can anyone id these boots or hav anything similar?
Going to NYC from NZ over cmas and have $1500 to add to my already decent wadrobe. Any advice or recommendations for my time in NYC?
>not getting pop culture references on a fashion board
w2c in europe? Sold out literally everywhere, Norse bubble crew in charcoal melange. If somebody can find this for me in M I'll be you s&m slave for as long as needed
zipped up, on soles
shouldn't be, if they're lined or half lined that might affect it
also you might need to get them tapered as well depending on the cut
one of their 5000 bomber jackets
nah tbh my best cops from cos are their tees, you can get silk blends or raw edge tees for under £20 (in summer anyway, not sure about now)
the tailor/your grandma
sales are coming in a few days if they haven't already hit
sns herning have some similar (imo nicer) stuff
it fits perfectly its really hard to find the perfect shirt for me. tried everything, still no good fit for me. i kinda think that guy has the same body as mine but idk.
i tried h*m basic shirrts still doesnt fit nice. i hate my body.
I have both the black clarks and mono 1461s. I wear my mono 1461s more often since they go better with more of my wardrobe and look good with quick fits. Cropped wool pants and a button up for shopping, or black jeans and a t-shirt for school/getting food. Easy to throw on and leave. Clarks look a little more casual and less polished. They're great, but I've probably only worn them 10 times.
Mono 1461s will kill your feet the first week or so. Wear thicckk socks and use leather conditioner. I hated them at first, but now they are comfortable as fuck. The clarks were comfortable on the first wear. Also, only get doc martens if you're tall. They look stupid if they don't fit your body proportion. If you're under 5'11, get the clarks or look for a derby that isn't as wide.
usually the eq knight is more detailed, but lately burberry non-prorsum lines quality has been dropping fast.
label looks legit, looks like a legit item.
however burberry London is like on the same tier as a scarf from target's merona line
I did a decent amount of time in County. Basicly you can call anyone a nigga but a black guy and say it freely as long as you're sure they aren't any bit black. Which we whites then can only get away with folk. I.e. kin folk. I wouldn't recommend ever saying either in public if you have any sort of self respect. It just doesn't roll off the tongue like the same as poverty stricken African Americans let it roll.
next jeans ain't great quality, i got a pair from there on sale a year back and within a month of wear the outer seam bust a few inches below the left pocket (altho it's worth mentioning it doesn't look bad and they've held together despite that without any repairs)
can't comment on the fit since mine are too big for me now
Hispanicfag here. Nah they're cool with it. Anybody can really say nigga it's the way you say it. I live in Texas so it's huge mixing pot here.
-You have to say it to someone as if yore pretty chill with em.
-Act like it's in your vocabulary. Don't say it if your plan to say nigga like 8 times in a sentence. Say it once or twice every one to two sentences.
-For the love of God don't add the "er" part in nigga it WILL get em offended.
Good luck whiteboys!
What's my face shape?
Looking for new haircut/glasses, not even sure where to start.
I have autism so I need help with this
How do you tell whether or not a shoe fits you correctly or is too big or small?
I know when it's obviously too small or too big, but how much room am I supposed to have? I tried to buy some new shoes today but I just couldn't into it.
While on your feet, you should not be able to easily fit a finger behind your heel (this varies a bit, but your shoes shouldn't be roomy).
You should be able to barely graze the front of the shoe with your toes. The front of the shoe should not be pressing on your toes.
The shoe should exert little to no pressure on the sides of your feet.
This should be obvious, but walking should be comfortable and take no effort.
>While on your feet, you should not be able to easily fit a finger behind your heel (this varies a bit, but your shoes shouldn't be roomy).
Should I try this pushing my foot as forward as possible, or do you mean when standing up?
Also, do I have to bare in mind that shoes will stretch out over time?
I know I should know this, but I've been wearing the same 2 pairs of shoes for the last several years and I just rebuy them exactly the same size every year or so.
if u have to ask then no, its a cultural thing imo and not a race thing like everyone believes. for example if ur from nyc n ur from like queensbrige or wherever its just gonna be part of your vocab like nothing, slightly unrelated, suburb kids saying nigga are annoying
Squeeze the toe box, if there's room size down. The only reason not to size down is if the shoe is too tight and just has a longeer toe box. I wear my shoes size 9.5 for runners, and 10, 10.5 for hightops, 10.5s usually get an insole.
im gonna be in manhattan tomorrow and i want to buy a new parka, preferably slim from cheap to mid-range. anyone know any good places to visit?
How do you stop Stan smith tongues from falling down the side
hey man no offense, but that parka u posted isnt slim. like generally all parkas arent slim, and the ones that are, tend to look p bad. just a heads up. :)
(sorry i cant really help you because i dont know what stores they have in manhattan)
if thats too much h&m/zara/asos/whatever ur kinda fucked anyway sorry :(
I have a hoodie in a pattern sort of like this one (but mine doesn't have a gay twink in it). I think the kangaroo pocket looks bad. If I remove it carefully with a seam ripper will there be scars?
there will probably be slight indents where the fabric has been stretched where the seams are but other than that after a wash it should look ok as long as you do it right
Looking to cop a new pair of black boots, 1460s, 1461s or clark desert malis?
I copped a pair of almost brand new acne max cash jeans for $60 and they fit me perfectly, I just need to make the leg opening a little smaller and I'll be set, now I'm planning on buying a couple pairs of Acnes ace stay cash (probably 2) and some Saint Laurent's biker boots and a couple white shirts and tshirts, probably a good leather jacket too, the problem is where I live people dress really bad, like autism shoes and shit and I don't want people starting at me when I go buy groceries or something, is that look casual or not?
Pic kinda related, trying to pull my husbando's look without having to spend $500+ for a single piece of clothing.
Where can I get a good slim fitting turtleneck?
Also where can I get some short sleeved hoodie?
Thank you fuccbois!
Hispfag here also and i can confirm.
You gotta be ghetto af to do so.
Mexicans are the second race to be okay saying this.
I personally use nigga as a joke, but there's a lot of thugs who are serious when saying it.
Are you a fucking idiot?
Please tell me you're joking about "i'm offended trayvon wuz a guud boi u rasis1"
You shouldn't be offended m8.
I can already tell you just got into fashion cause you think all skinny everything is the only acceptable silhouette. You're clueless, drinking the heroin-chic koolaid thinking it's the epitome of fashion. Don't get me wrong, skinny can look great, but it's not 'the endgame' like you hedi dick riders think it is.
Need a new pair of chelseas but dont really have over 300 to spend, thoughts on blundstone? chisel toes look dope imo.
W2C good denim jacket
Reply in other thread
They look pretty cheap in real life, I'd advise you not to and save up for some y3-s
Uniqlo actually has decent turtlenecks
>short sleeved hoodie
You can make one easily by just cutting the sleeves of any normal hoodie
1461s>Mali(sole can be better though)>1460s
Basically what the other Anon said, take your time as well.
i dont get how you stan smith fags can look at that shape and think 'yup, looks good'
looks str8 up goofy, not rick ramones goofy, but accidentally, poorly designed goofy
that + the shit adidas leather that creases like origami paper
fuck yall hypebeasts, that's what you are
don't believe otherwise
/fa/ I am the ultimate basic bitch, I usually wear plain tshirts, sweaters and jeans; white, black, blue or earthy tones. Forgive me for posting in your fashion forum.
Basically I want to find a winter coat that will be my uniform, that goes with any of the basic bitch shit I am likely to wear. Any ideas?
file didnt add
slit like this
the only similarity is that they were both white tennis shoes
look at the toe, look at the inward side, look at the ankles
that's damn near the entire shoe you fuckwit
you have no eye for fashion
I don't really know if i should cop Doc Martens 1460 or 1461
What do you prefer /fa/ ?
Can I wear one of these or is it absolutely haram
I have one of those, I don't think its foul considering it's not a military uniform, just a jacket given to people in the military. Civilian use is most likely fine.
It's dope as fuck too.
The Romans didn't keep it cool, calm or collected. That's such a stretch. Who even says that?
You fucknut. It's obviously a 300 reference that he fucked up because he doesn't know history or that he changed because of artistic license.
Is this fit /fa/?
Looks pretty sick to me. Could it look good on a thinner guy?
Looking for some new chelseas, these rossi 681 armidales look pretty nice c: Should I cop?
I really want to get into 90's revival and palewave, I've copped some light levi 513's but i need to complete this look, where to start? Can anyone give me some recs?
Just gonna state a little personnal opinion here, feel frr to disagree. Get a mock turtle neck, which essentially a turtle neck that goes only half way up your neck. I find these have a more youthful look to them than full turtle necks.
My mother got me these white leather chucks, is it worth wearing these or should I just not
>inb4 ungrateful little shit
What are some good sites that proxy from YJ auctions?
I used fromjapan before but these fuckers started putting receipt in the box even though I told them not to and now I'm getting assraped by the customs.
What shoes can I wear with chinos in winter.
Where can I get some nice flannel/ oxford cloth trousers that wont make me look like businessman.
should i size up or down on Rick Owens fw13 geobaskets?
>I'm trying to hem to make my pants look normal since they're long as fuck.
iktf. I bought this pair of pants a size too big awhile ago and I've lost weight since so I needed to hem them and make them (a lot) skinnier. I don't really know much about sewing but it turned out pretty okay, the silhouette looks good, the crotch looks weird as fuck tho.
long shirts are still effay, r-r-right?
I wouldn't consider jackets basics, that's mostly shirts, socks, underwear, and other 'basic' clothes items.
If it looks good and fits you well, buy it, but being old navy it's probably not going to look good. You'd have to look in person.
Right so for the holiday thingy I have received an everlane backpack.
You know how they have 2 different types of snap backpacks, the canvas and the twill?
I really wanted the canvas charcoal onr on Tue Feb I have to be able and the other day of this message and the other day and I am so I am going well and the new year.
But yeah since the canvas charcoal is sold out I found some phillipines site that sold it. However they made a substitution because I ended up getting the grey twill.
My main issue with the twill versions is they look too "purse-ey" I guess. Canvas looks better.
So I wanna get some opinions on if I should return the backpack I got or not.
If I return it I'd buy probably navy blue canvas. But I've just heard twill is stronger so it is a tough decision.
Or someone could point me in a direction wherein I could by the canvas charocal
How do I tie my drawstrings like pic related? Or at least the name of the knot. Thanks in advance.
I'm thinking about copping some futures, what does /fa/ think?
I like them, but some versions just don't do it for me. Some iterations of the velcro GATs I like better, but the futures work well if you want something a little more out there but with a relatively straightforward proportion.
Weird that they posted a photo of a Japanese language tag, but you can see the Olmar + Mirta tag underneath. Looks real enough. It might be one of those things where when they import, they have to include additional tags for that market.
So I'm going to have these jeans hemmed, but I'm wondering how much and to wear. I'm feeling like 1.5 inches might be enough, but should I go anymore? Or something else? I just want them to be clean rather than all bunching up at the bottom.
Yeah, I know the rest of the fit is shit.
yo guys for real.
i want drainpipe skinny as fuck legs like those slp/dior models.
I'm not fat but certainly am not skinny
I'm 5'11 and 62kgs, how much would i need to weigh to achieve those tiny thighs and near no ass??
pls report hungry skellingtons
pic no related :)
i got my 6in black timbs in the other day and the tongues seem to be bent and have a large fold so they end up not conforming to the shape of my leg, is there any way to get the tongue to the right shape?
my thighs and ass are big whilst the rest are skinny as fuck (more so than most other people of same weight) so i guess the weight on me stored weirdly? I do exactly what u say, but im just wondering what my weight goal should be for that luuk
man i dont even gym anymore.
i stand all day for work and i do full time. that wont get me big thigh muscles will it?
