Around my actual hip bones at the widest point it is 30, and a 25.5 waist, just measured again. The worst thing is that my thighs go out towards the top, yet I'm quite skinny everywhere else, I wear a lot of SLP but I feel so paranoid because the jeans might look too small, due to the muscle on my upper thighs :(
