First of all, pretty disrespectful. I've seen people wearing army garb as fashion (acu/bombers/marine dress) and it almost NEVER works. Scratch that, it never works.

Most of the time people ask you if you served, and the answer is always embarrassing. Other times, people just give them shit.

As for that jacket, the tour ribbons and patches make it so loud it's almost unwearable without pairing it with the rest of the military outfit.

If you truly had to wear it alone, I would pair it with dark wash jeans, cream colored chunky knit sweater, maroon scarf, brown boots, and ray bans.

My logic is that the large threading and pattern in the sweater will mute the jacket to an acceptable level.

Also I apologize, the way I pick outfits is what I could see myself wearing. That said, I'm 6'1'' and a built 195; I'm not sure if this outfit would only work on similar body types. But have it a go, fashion is about experimentation.

Even if the US didn't participate at 1st they still gave economic help as well as armament to the English.

Lose the scarf, and the jumper would be nice if you lost the roll neck. Find a decent jumper similar with a crew neck. Also those boots are debatable at best, if you have to wear Docs the only acceptable ones are black 1460s (mono if you can get them) although if they work on you so much the better
