Just get your normal size. I'm sz11 and I got 43s instead of 44s and they fit really snug, especially if u wear thick or wool socks. I woulda preffered to get my actual size but u can size down if u need to (I.e. If that's the only size avilable) u won't get blisters or anything but the tight fit might make u claustrophobic and u can't wiggle ur toes.
