Do you think tattoos can be fashionable?
Do you have any fashionable tattoos?
Some tattoos do look amazing, and definitely fashionable.
Most tattoos and most tatooed people are trash though.
Yes, tattoos can indeed, believe it or not, be fashionable. I have no tattoos, if I were to ever get one, it'd be pretty minimalistic and simple. It'd have to mean something to me.
There are plenty of retarded tattoos, don't get me wrong. In fact, most tattoos are shit.
Tattoo sleeves are shit.
Geometric designs are (usually) shit.
Henna is almost always shit, but sometimes the designs are small and don't look tacky.
If you're going to get a tattoo, know that you'll wake up to it every day. Try to make it something you'll smile at in later years, and don't get it to be fashionable, that's retarded.
You guys really don't like this kind of stuff?
There is nothing more effay than having a nice clear skin without anything marks or tattoo.
I don't get you guys.
Tattoos are just a permanent style of clothing, which you can have as an accessorie to the rest of your clothes.
Do you find skin itself that beautiful? It's just bland. You choosing to live the rest of your life with a straight-cut pale skin is no different than people choosing to live the rest of their life with a koala on their leg.
>Do you find skin itself that beautiful?
Skin is mesmerizingly beautiful; skin requires no improvement. To refer to tattoos as permanent clothing is to nix their status as a fashionable article, as fashion is transient. I'm fine with people who've got tattoos. I even really love some tattoos, such as the themed tattoos Yakuza members wear; however, the human form reigns supreme.
Its hard to say as most of the pics you see here either very fresh, smothered with photo effects or on people who are fairly good looking in their own right. Hence its hard to assess whether a tattoo genuinely improves the appearance.
i've been thinking about getting a sudoku board tattooed on my lower chest. what does /fa/ think?
That looks cool but tryhard AF
I like it
Sleeve done right
really fucking hipster but is k i guess
minimalism done fucking right
ye is pretty cool whoever did it did a good job
fucking retard made it small AF but it'd look okay as a tattoo.. reminds me of >>8934315
that tattoo is horrible and she's probably regretting it as I type this
i can imagine this prick picking up some random ass tattoo design off the wall because it looks "cool"
then on a drunken night in a bar go on a 30 minute diatribe on why his random raven in a tree tatt has "personal meaning" and that people shouldn't get tattoos unless it means something...
hahaha fucking retarded tattoo man, it's very hard to read, makes no fucking sense and when you eventually come to your senses about how much of a retarded tattoo you have gotten, the coverup will be have to be big af. Don't ruin your life mate, it looks like shit
Thinking about getting this on my forearm or chest. Is it a stupid idea?
It's the X Wing and Ti Fighter from Star Wars
>implying not le GOAT meme tattoo
There's paper plates and jam in the background. That's probably this neckbearded kid's pantry right there. Right there, in his mothers garage/basement.
The best part is that this kids tattoo looks atrociously horrible.
thinking about getting this as a half sleeve, and having the poem wrap around
any thoughts? i realize it is /lit/ as fuck
If I saw you with that tattoo I would think you were a cheesy gothic cliche. A Tim Burton obsessed Vampire Freaks chatter . Someone who listens to G Dragon while they masturbate and thinks cosplay is the same as fashion.
I would kind of like you, while looking down on you at the same time for the obviousness of your taste and the gaudiness of your ink.
I don't want to be a dick about it, but I'm being honest since you're considering getting it tattooed.
The colors look shit on skin, looks like there was zero though about what the tattoos look on actual skin on both.
I always thought colors in the background like this looked like absolute garbage, bonus points if it imitates paint brushes, calligraphy or spray paint, it's a fucking tattoo it looks dumb as hell when you imitate some other technique, you should embrace the fact that it's a fucking tattoo, if you want oil painting, don't get in your skin for fuck sake.
Aesthetic and tatted.
More fashionable/alpha than you.
I actually kind of like this
If you want a tattoo, it'd be best to pick something visually pleasing or something that you can hide pretty easily unless you have a stable job someplace where tattoos aren't a big deal
I think the trouble with a tattoo like that is that it relies too heavily on the sharpness of the lines which is a issue not just because of the natural blurring but because the location of it means that it would do so inconsistently.
Hence in less then a year the part of the hand would be a complete mess compared to the rest of it.
>feel that im too skinny to look good with one
I really want a Takato Yamamoto (pic related) and a Junji Ito tattoo.
I've been thinking about a minimalist ouroboros.
Here's a quick sketch in mspaint
Perhaps it does have a meaning to it's holder.
But then again, probably not and it's just another shaved circle in a crowd of owl tattoos and skulls.
I feel it's best not to debate with somebody about if their tattoo means something or not, maybe to some dude that circle means something, perhaps it was their deceased friends insignia or crest or something?
Whatever, I dunno where to go with this that I already have typed out so I'll just leave it here.
some of those geometrical/vectors designs and "brush stroke" thingies that are being made now can look like they got pulled out straight out of photoshop, but can look cool, depends on the artist
