What are some good bombers? Considered the stussy one.
>Bombers are pleb tier now anyway
bomber jackets have always been popular. you just didn't notice it before.
Our legacy bomber, alpha industries re issued bomber, or this carhart Ashton bomber ?
Acne had the perfect bomber..
this is fucking disgusting.
it's a basic ass (not even nicely detailed) bomber with some straps thrown on it.
an insult to helmut lang, but i guarantee some morons on /fa/ who dont give a fuck will cop and say "i get compliments!!"
like who gives a fuck the girl in tight zara jeans and docs said it looks nice you dumb faggot
Quite happy with my zipper dick, been good all spring and now in fall so far.
I want to get that oversized a bit below the waist look.
Will this one work if I cop a bigger size?
i have this YMC bomber jacket, i like it but doesn't serve the purpose most seem to buy a bomber for. really interesting tho, made of linen and has a kind of iridescent green inner. get compliments on it quite a bit. can't find a pic of it open sadly, this pic makes it look not so great
65€ but actually pretty good, good weather resistance (wind, rain) quality lining.
not very warm tho
>not googling for literally 10 seconds
kill ur self
you niggas need to be spoon fed everything don't you?
you're diluting the point.
thats an awful bomber. to validate it by saying it's good from "getting compliments" is fucking dumb. the design is so uninspired. the average person or basic bitch will find it appealing but who cares?
Don't buy the stussy one, the quality of the jackets are fucking shit
All of the material inside is coming out of the jacket at random points, and I've only had it for around 4 months. Stussy is all round shit quality
I'm partial to this style bomber from Levi's. The vertical styling and detailing are good, and it wasn't a strain on the budget for me (or the average person looking, I'd venture)
Just bought this motherfucker for $320
its our legacy
thoughts on this zara bomber?
it's obviously zara, I'm aware of that, but it's cheap and the fit is pretty decent
gonna go try one on at least, it's either this or try to find some overpriced one at the shitty socal milsup stores
I tried it on and it's extremely slim, i'm not a fan of slim bombers but if that's what your looking for it's okay for the price. Size up though I"m an XS and the M was the only one that fit to my liking
I'm 6'1", similar build to the pic and he's wearing large so that should do for me
i prefer it to the overly puffy ones for sure. i'd rather have it be a tad too slim for my taste than try to figure out proper sizing for a non-slim one
side note: any ideas as to a good womens bomber under $60? gf wants one, wears womens small or xs if it matters
it's like all y'all fags never even saw what a real bomber jacket is like.
I have one like these.
A RAF jacket, made in 194/56 (the number isnt very visible). Leather and whool. A real bomber, for short.
not him but if you can't appreciate old pieces, especial leather goods that have a nice patina, i feel bad for you and your obsession with micro trends. if styled correctly tommy ton or the likes would eat this shit up.
Straight leg jeans are not exactly a timeless piece by themselves, but you insult fashion itself by implying the pea coat isn't.
>at least as early as the 1720s
>September 17, 2014
There, made me reply.
I got you friend.
>/fit/ trying to be /fa/
its disgusting how on point his jackets are, knowing I cant afford one right now & i'm afraid that by the time i can buy one he will have fallen off point.
Someone buy this & i will pay 3fold some years in the future
Which is the nicest Rick bomber? Are they decently comfortable/weatherproof? Will they really transport a passport and a sandwich? Do they fit true to size?
I finally have the budget so I'm considering it.
Is their stuff worth the price? Their Parka also looks good but it should be Norsetier quality wise for that price(Not implying that Norse is special in any way but thats around their price range and their stuff is usually well made and constructed)
Nicest? I think the nicest I've ever handled has still been any iteration in a washed/blistered leather. The smooth leather with down fill is definitely very luxe and immediately FEELS expensive, but it's also incredibly warm and not for everybody.
Technically, leather can handle some precipitation, but if it's your main jacket during inclement weather, you won't have time to let the hide dry fully between wears. There are hooded and stow-away hood versions of the Turbo Flight Bomber, too, but then you start to deviate a bit from the standard MA-1 silhouette.
My personal suggestion is to grab one of the textile options in DRKSHDW and to just put some water repellant spray on it. The Murray fabric is a cotton-nylon (almost like a 60/40) and the hardiest of the fabrics and probably the most practical option for you. The most comfortable is probably the heavy cottons in fall like this season's Madison, which is a brushed moleskine, but that heavy nap will drink up any water that lands on its surface.
I'm skinny and manage not to look like a total poof.
Can't you google reverse search?
It's a bit thin though. Prefer the heavier version from this season.
when will uniqlo bring back bomber :(
>that shitty graphic tee
>Hannah barbera cartoon shoes
>those boring skinny jeans
Try wearing something looser to make it seem like you at least run because you're too much of a fag to squat
The bomber looks nice tho
god damn you fucking /fit/ son of bitch why don't you just fucking leave and keep your insecurities contained
you will never be something
you are not your own boss
i'd rather be a methhead than some fucking meathead
lifting heavy things and sitting them back down again..... sounds like the shitty job i had at a hardware store
u keep pumping iron ill keep pumping ur mom
Don't wear jeans unless you're a miner.
Don't wear aviators unless you're a pilot.
Don't wear a trench coat unless you're going over the top at the Somme.
Don't wear a jodhpur boot unless you're on horseback.
Don't wear a polo shirt unless you're playing tennis.
Don't wear a Mackinaw jacket unless you're trading with posted to a fort in Ontario.
Don't wear a jacket with surgeon's cuffs unless you're going to operate.
Don't wear Chuck Taylors unless you're a shoe salesman who travels the country in a Cadillac.
Seconding blousons, effay as fuh
the sticky would answer the question better than i can
quality is very hit or miss
don't expect anything amazing in terms of fit or durability
stick to cheap basics like plain colour tees, pants etc.
got this one from karmaloop.co.uk, was discounted from 100£ to 37£
>I thought that place was for costumes
i dont see the contradiction
A Y Y
>extremely basic piece
>carried by stores all over the place
>still have hordes of people asking "w2c black bomber"
>made out to be some fantastic piece that you can wear in many outfits
>actually only really looks good in a few certain looks and only serves as a mediocre substitute for better looking jackets in others
>mfw bomber is now the peacoat of streetwear
>implying tricky ricky isn't cosplay
but yeah, I saw a couple of the tank top dress things last week. they also had the velcro shoes (not sure if rick), but they were several sizes too big for me.
