You have to be able to pull it off. The rest of your outfit as well as your attitude needs to be on-point for something like that to not look like "hurr look guise i'm buzz lightyear!!"

Fitted/tapered/skinny jeans or chinos in a complimentary color, boots, a long drapey shirt in a neutral color (linen or a cut tee, whichever) and some wayfarer-style specs and you'd be on-point.
