I watched this one documentary on haute couture and it pretty much just talked to a couple really rich women who bought it, it was pretty cool.

idk of yr still here, but NHK World has a show called Tokyo Fashion Express which follows a designer around and goes into all the planning behind runways and fashion shows. Genuinely interesting stuff, but I don't know if you can find anything online.
