Anyone on here used minoxidl and had bags as a side effect?

Ive been using it once a day and havnt had problems yet. Just stay hydrated and use moisturizer

Do you have to steep the tea? Also how long do you need to keep it up. I'm just starting minox but I've always had really dark puffy eyes like my dad. The Creave thing I bought doesn't seem to help.
