Sides would be combed back,top would be up curved sideways depending how long or thick your hair is,wet the sides a bit use gel or spray (forgot which) do the same with the top.Try to use a thin cap to train your hair naturally when you're sleeping comb or brush your hair in the shape before you sleep my sister's boyfriend wears a cap all the time at the house.I personally have no problem getting that hairstyle I have thick/wavy hair when it's cold I just use a beanie at night to keep my hair in shape.when your hair is normal use a medium comb to shape it then a small comb with thin tiny teeth if your hair is thick like mine always use a bruch for a polished touch the hair then covers up any tracks left by the comb.if your hair is super thick and matted use a flat iron(or whatever) after you've used a shampoo/conditioner for a certain amount of time if you notice your hair getting thin or workable to use with a comb use a brush to flatten your hair keep doing this that's if you don't want to use a flat iron then use a comb as time goes on wear a beanie for shape or cap to shape your hair.Remember not to use a flat iron all the time treat your hair naturally .only if you want to go for a fun night always rejuvenate your hair ,length thickness,shape and care
