Don't listen to this. This is mealcuck advice, not the "redpill" it thinks it is.

Biochemically, there is no difference between fructose in fruit and fructose in sugar. There are mitigating factors in whole fruit, including fibre, and fruits have lots of healthy attributes in small quantities, but if weight loss is the goal you want to reduce fruit consumption. In many ways fructose is worse than glucose, when it comes to fat storage. Fructose causes fatty liver. Fatty liver causes insulin resistance. Insulin resistance leads to higher insulin levels. Higher insulin levels drives fat storage.

Fruit should be eaten in very small quantities if your goal is weight loss.

Keep your diet very low in carbohydrates, avoid sugars, and keep eating windows tight (I wouldn't go beyond 16:8 IF, and would recommend OMAD).

I'm thin but unfortunately it's in a pretty 'skinnyfat' sort of way, like I still have sagging skin in places, pretty gross.

I'd still take this over being fat though.

I know I should quit the meth but this is literally the only thing that has worked for me after years of being fat.

Limit food intake to 1200 cal (or idk what your body mass/height is it's just a guess). Try having an organised meal plan, maybe get a diet diary/journal where you write down what food you'll have for breakfast, luch & dinner, and try keeping it under these 1200 calories. Try not to cheat on what you planned. Also write down your weight, and documend absolutely everything you put in your mouth. This might sound daft but it really helped me.

Drink one glass of water before every meal. Drink a lot generally. You should drink 8 glasses a day and it's really good for you.
Have tea if you're hungry and don't want to cheat. Some herbal teas are literally 0cal.
Work out every day. Even if it's just a little jog. Do morning exercises, maybe even evening exercises but be careful I fucked up my sleep pattern with that once.
Don't have dinner, or at least not a heavy meal. I cut it out entirely and it really helped me. Also don't eat about 2 hours before bed.

That's all I can think of from top of my head.

Dieting about 3 months ago. Male, 178 cm 56kg Went from 63 to 58 with about 800/1000 calories a day. Then i sat at my maitence ratio (1600 calories) until now. The strange thing is that i went from 58 to 56/55... recently i am having some popcorn and 2 beers for dinner. its possible that i sodium or something like that is related with having less liquids in the body that add weight?

First off, low fat cottage cheese is bullshit. You want a high fat diet, it makes you feel full. Second, you absolutely can't go over your calories, although you can eat slightly more because of the effects of a fast, but you just fast until your window and then eat like a KING.
