You're probably going to get more use out of a brown, really the darker the better. You probably dont want to get brogues if theyre your first pair of boots

I don't have any freckles, just pale skin and light red hair.
I wear smart casual clothes; chinos, polos, shirts. Looking for shoes will fit that style and I believe brogues should be ok. Or maybe you recommend other shoes, maybe less formal? Pic real shoes look good but the problem is I hate suede.

Brown oxfords, not brogues. Brogues look nice unless a) they're badly made or b) they don't fit the rest of your outfit.
