I was actually thinking more towards 175, while clothes fit me well I often get commented on for being skinny (negative connotation). What do runway models at my height usually weigh?

Depends on the look you're going for desu. I would personally say lower, like 140, but being leanbuilt is good too. Just no full built or you will fail to look effay.
Then again, I guess that could be subjective and I am 6'2" and 130 so take what I'm saying with a grain of salt.
