Your shirt and vest are ill fitting. You look like a giant man baby who had their mother pick their clothes for church. It's a library, you'll be making close to minimum wage, stocking books and monitoring computers so homeless dudes/ teenagers can't look at porn. Lose the vest, it looks bad. If you don't get the job, it won't be because you didn't wear your sweater vest.

Why aren't you wearing a suit? It's impossible to offend at a job interview with one on. You should be going for safety here, not trying to wear a "librarian" costume
