3 Possibilities:

1) It's a vintage crust punk jacket.

2) It's a Blackmeans jacket, a Japanese brand that makes reproductions of vintage crust punk jackets.

3) It's a no-name Korean brand making a knock off of a Blackmeans or Vintage Punk jacket.

I'm going to lean towards number 3 for the reason that Blackmeans usually includes their own logo somewhere on their jackets and I don't see it here. I also don't think it's number 1 because as an ex-crust punk I don't recognize any of the iconography except for what is maybe the Flux of Pink Indians logo on the right sleeve next to the zipper. I think number 3 is the most sound because G-Dragon is Korean and there is a shit ton of no-name Korean brands that just knock off fashion brands via internet images. The result with something like a vintage punk jacket or Blackmeans reproduction is that the no-name Korean brand would probably just make up shit where as a vintage jacket would have real band iconography and a Blackmeans reproduction would either also have that or have their own branding.

Case in point the text on the sleeve that reads "SEDUC DISCAR DESIR". For a second I thought maybe this was a vintage South American punk jacket and that meant something but I just googled it and now it's pretty obvious some Korean saw words like DISCHARGE (actual punk band) and DESPAIR (common word on vintage jackets) either on the vintage or Blackmeans jacket they knocked off but fucked up trying to copy it over (the homework copying meme applies in full force with these no-name Korean brands).

My advice, actually get into punk rock and make your own jacket.
