What kind of pants are these? What should i type when i look

When I was looking for this type of pant I went out and got some pajama pants and tapered them myself. I fucked up a little so here's what I would do if I did it again.

1. Breathable fabric. I got some Gap pajamas that were lightweight but surprisingly hot. Some silk joints would be nice but I don't have that money.

2. I tapered them to the wrong shape. Skinny jeans I normally taper all the way down the leg, only straightening it out under the calf to a 6" opening. I tried a similar pattern on these pants and it's way too tight on the calves compared to the thighs. A good 7-7.5" minimum opening would have been better. It also needs to be a continual taper, without any straightening out at the end, because it will scrunch up the fabric when you cuff them giving it a more casual look. Alternatively you can just crop them to a proper length.
