Unless you're planning to wear a suit in a job/situation where you CLEARLY wouldn't wear one (i.e. mowing the lawn, etc) then there is no literal issue with you wearing a suit anywhere else.

You can, but unless it's the office uniform for your office, it doesn't make much sense. The modern "suit" serves no purpose other than to be a suit. All stylized, not practical at all.

You might do better with khakis and a jacket like this:
