I don't really understand how Nike sneaker releases work. How do I know what shoe is being released where?

It seems like a lot of shoes get released in Europe/UK, but not in North America or something.

Like, is there some sort of way to get this info from Nike?

I'm trying to grab the white Airmax 97s and the black and white More Uptempos, which I believe release on the 29th, although I haven't seen any Canadian retailers post anything about these drops yet, so I'm a little confused, because I know the Silver Bullet 97s recently had a big release and even footlocker sold them. Do certain shoes just get wider releases?
