Are they as comfortable as everybody says? What is the best one to get just for walking around? Is it ultraboost or bust, or are pureboosts good as well?
>>12536112
overpriced gimmick for the most part, plus it looks stupid
for just walking around e.g. Reebok Classics are perfectly fine
>>12536124
t. asshole shill who hates comfy shoes
Try on some Pureboosts in store and you'll immediately understand, OP.
>>12536112
pureboost are comfy as fuck I just got a pair and I absolutely love them
>>12536124
>Reebok Classics
LMAO

Pureboost 2017 are about as comfy as ultraboost t b h, and if you don't have a narrow foot then the pureboost is miles more comfortable than ultraboost. Strong recommend pb over ub
Boost itself is a meme. I own 4 pairs of boost shoes (2 ultra boosts, pureboost 2m and pureboost 2017) and while it IS more comfortable than most cushion setups, it's not the most comfortable. A low density Lunarlon is more comfy. However, the step in comfort in boost is off the charts. The squishiness is insane, I'll never forget the feeling when I first put on my pureboost 2m. Incredibly comfortable.
As a novelty shoe, they're really nice. Pureboost is a better option than ultraboost IMO. But as daily drivers (for people who walk a ton or stand around at work all day) they're not good at all. But if you're a typical college kid/sedentary worker, they're the most comfy shoes on the market
Longwinded, it's a love/hate thing with me. 10/10 in some ways, 2/10 in others.
Fuck it just buy them, you're probably in school still and you don't stand around all day and you don't work. Get a colorway that'll look good dirty, I got the OG Oreo cw and it looks good a little grubby. Boost gets stained so easily and nothing cleans it, just warning.

Oh I'm laffin

The 2017 Pure Boost is extremely comfortable. The sole is wide and stable, it's all boost and no torsion system.
Only downside is the upper, which is not as stretchy as primeknit and makes putting them on pretty annoying. The upper is more breathable than UB upper though, so for hot climate they might be better.
I had the triple blacks, but I ended up selling them because they rarely looked good in my outfits. They look best with sweats, joggers etc. With jeans they just looked really bad.
Ultra Boosts, NMD's, EQT's etc. are much easier to match with different outfits imo.
My favorite pair for comfort are the EQT support 93/16's. Not the most breathable summer shoe, but man are they comfy.
Next pair I'm getting is probably eqt support ultra pk or ultra boost uncaged.
If the world's most comfy "normal" shoe would be 10/10, I'd rate boost shoes 12/10. I only have experience with ultraboosts, pureboosts might be comfier and NMDs are below ultraboosts.

w2c that grey sole boost?

It's the triple black pure boost ltd
Released a few months back, probably sold out in most places.

>>12536812
Mines the opposite. I own both asics and EQTS and EQTS have the superior comfort
>>12536812
Yeah asics gel lytes are comfy af, pureboost are squishier but that doesn't mean comfier
t. Own gel lytes, saucony grid 9000, pureboost, ultra boost
>>12536854
Gel Lyte III's and V's are comfortable but don't hold up when worn over longer periods of time desu.
