I don't have any good answer since I'm not bald but google skincare for being bald. that's where I would start in your position and yes, you'll have to shave. you should grow a beard. it will make you more approachable and if you don't like it, fuck what everybody thinks. not your fault getting bald.

Look, Male Pattern Baldness is perfectly normal to see starting in your late teens. It's normal to get that U-shape baldness before you're 21.
You're not special or prematurely balding, you're just balding.

Also, those weird whitehead-like spots on your genitals are normal too. It's not an STD. Not everyone gets those and they are unaesthetic - but they're normal and doctors generally don't recommend getting them removed.
