As in useful? The titanium keychains with tritium inside help me out a lot when I'm looking for my keys in the dark. I also carry a skeleton key and a random stainless bolt on a bit of chain. But that's just me.

Bottle opener is a must to open beer and also great when at parties and a cute girl needs a bottle opened.

A hook strap so you can hook your keys onto your belt loop so your pockets don't become over stuffed.

A mini flashlight incase you need to see in the dark or if someone is attacking you at night and you need to tactically blind them.

Whatever you do, don't purchase expensive designer keychains because you end up looking like the biggest idiot and tool for spending that much on stupid shit.
