My favorite Adidas models under 100€ are Gazelles, Havens, Spezials and Adidas 350. Then there are some Tubular models like Dooms, moc runners and novas tha that you can often find for under 100€ that I like.

Spezials aren't that common here, but you see gazelles quite often. However that doesn't make them a bad shoe. GF got me the light grey suede gazelles some time ago and I really like them.
I think the go-to middle age dude adidas sneakers are black superstars. I don't see middle aged guys wear spezials or gazelles that often.

I'm not into dadcore, but some sneakers that I like have a slight dad-esque look to them, like EQT supports and some asics. Not a fan of the real dad shoes like air monarchs or new balance 609's etc. tho
