also, baking soda, but only when needed. regular shampoo dries your scalp out, making it overcompensate with oil to appear normal. thats why your hair is oily as hell when you stop using shampoo, but after a week or two it will balance out and you only have to rinse off or use baking soda if sweaty / dirty from something

I usually wash with diluted shampoo once a week and my scalp behaves really well. I tried washing with oat water las week and it works pretty well too but isn't as cleansing as shampoo obviously. For dry scalp is worth a try

Head and Shoulders, though as of late it's been making my hair frizzy and weakening it, thinking about switching to a sulfate free shampoo, any reccomendations?
