Mine shrinked back slowly after I stopped extracting. Splashing your face with cold water after washing it can also help a bit.

don't extract SF. just wash your face twice a day and exfoliate once a week to lighten them.

These are not black heads they are called sebaceous filaments, dont use any tools on them you'll just damage your skin. They get lighter if you just look after your skin

not really, a black head is a filament that has been blocked with dirt and shit. sebaceous filaments supply oil to your face to stop your skin from drying out. Also if you keep removing them the pores just get bigger, just wash your face and exfoliate.
