We use this hooded ponchos that look good, but the traditional square poncho requires you to be ethnic enough.

In fantasy, westerns, sci-fi...ponchos are always cool as fuck. But walking around town, I imagine it's harder to pull off.

To be honest it's all in the accesories, that's why we use the hooded ones or wool hats.

thats the problem, it just doesn't fit, the only place you could wear a cape and get away with it would be somewhere out in the country where nobody would see you, that's the paradox. love ponchos though, i own a shitty ASOS one just for when i go outside to smoke. i wore a cape for a fashion show once and the draft i created from walking would make the cape fall off my shoulders, they're actually really impractical. they had to sew it onto my jacket underneath
