I never had any problems shaving my balls with safety razor.

Heres how you do it.
Wash your balls first.
Take your left hand and grab your balls. Then move your left hand to the side to have a nice and straight stretch. Take your razor and shave your pubes with the grain. Repeat until it's all gone.
Was your balls once more.
