Can confirm, I have the zippered variant from Amazon, came out to just under $15.
It's really soft, medium in thickness, and fairly durable.
I've been using it as a backup/throw around hoodie and it's still in great shape, even after vigorous yard, lumber, and minor construction work. Looks almost brand new.
