It's an old house, built in 1920 if I'm correct. It has seen some life, but there's nothing wrong with that. The house is in great condition and it's in a neighbourhood that's really "popular" and the property is valued at around 600 000€ and it's only going up.

I've cleaned suede shoes with Jason Markk. The key is to use as little water as possible and dry it with the microfiber cloth so it dries up faster.
Coloured suede can still bleed a lot of dye though, so if you have bright coloured suede you might want to redye them afterwards.

If you are concerned about the price to comfort ratio I strongly suggest trying out the pure boost. In my opinion they're comfier than ultra boosts, since they are more stable, they don't have the torsion plate and you can feel the boost more especially in the forefoot.
If deciding between nmd and ultra boost I'd go with ub. About the same price as pk nmd but comfier.
Don't even bother with mesh NMD's, those are trash
