What I do is eat either 2 or 3 times a day.
If I eat too little or too much in one meal I'll compensate in rest.
If I eat junk I chase it with a protein shake to ensure my macros are balanced.
It's a good deterrent because a full meal is more filling and tastes a lot better than junk + a shake.

I think you look pretty good already desu, so great job. Nonetheless if you're looking to further imporve your body I'd suggest you start working that core, do some light lifting and some cardio while keeping a bit under your TDEE and you'll look amazing in a few months. Also keep the bush.

500-750 deficit is nothing. deficit means it's subtracted from your maximum, so that would put you at probably well over a thousand to 1500.

if you mean 500 total, however, that can cause some damage after a long time. two months probably isn't long enough, but i would try to maintain for a month or so just in case.

i got out of treatment finally mid feb. but i'd already started faking my weigh-ins when i got to outpatient because i was weighed in clothes

I wasn't inpatient for the whole time, mostly I was PHP living at home with my family. When I was in the hospital I wasn't allowed to get out of bed because my vitals were too bad.

I had only ensures the first few days because they'd tube me if i refused more than one meal in a day. Started eating when they told me they were going to increase my ensure portions to more than the caloric intake of the meals and snacks. Had pretty bad refeeding, edema, etc for a while, it all went away after about 2 weeks.

During the day I just played vidya, watched Yuri on Ice, went to some groups where everyone was quiet. It was an adolescent ward because they go up to age 24 or so (?) and the patients were constantly changing. I was SO BORED. Parents visited every few days.

Then it was day program all day every day until January 15th, I went back to college and did IOP there for a month before I tapped out. Now I see a GP, therapist, and dietician (who is the sweetest woman ever).

The low weight there was I think 94 lbs (bmi mid 15s?). They fed me up to like 122-125 lbs, not sure, and since then I've been TOLD I'm below my inpatient release weight but I don't believe them. If I am / if I'm a bit higher than that, I should be around 107-112 lbs. Not sure.

anyone know if its fair to assume my intake is about 2500 cals on the lowest inpatient weight gain meal plan? my weight increase suggests its about that (500 over my TDEE anyways, seems thats not as low as it used to be) as well as the amount of fortisips that count for each meal, but the meals seem way too huge to be that little?
