my goals
>>12329587
I was thinking about getting an arm chair for the corner of the room and maybe getting some art for the walls. I'll look into adding more color because I agree that my room is a tad sterile.
And thanks, I like my backpack too.

Suggestions?

>nice backpack
yea don't listen to this guy.
>>12329569
open the windows let the light in. move the bed maybe to the middle and put some greens in there. change the carpet and move fedora posters somewhere else. get some stands for the guitars and discard window blinds. lastly burn your backpack.

Out of interest how would one decorate their house like a fascist? Would it be a mix of old world materials but modern minimalism?
I was just wondering, is there a website or magazine that is geared towards this kind of stuff? Like, interior design that looks cozy and doesn't suck?

>>12329569
>get two wall mounts for guitars
>get a plank of birch, saw it in two, sand it smooth, stain with alcohol-based dye, finish with varnish
>attach the mounts to the planks
>place them where the posters used to hang
Wood is super comfy.
>get a compact bookshelf
>bonus points for using real wood
>build a small wooden shelf out of wood
>sand, stain, finish etc.
>place some plants on the shelf
And finally get a lighter colour carpet.

kinda looks like you are going for black/white minimalist look but it isn't going to work no matter what because your carpet is tan and the windows are weird. red/black/white combo isn't very /fa/ so i'd get rid of the poster on the left. i'd get black shelves/storage for the right wall to help condense clutter (backpack, milk crate stuff, school stuff, etc). they'd also block the view of the guitars from the door so it looks less cluttered but you can still easily access them. adding plants is always cool imo. and maybe it's just the light but your desk looks brown, if it is, black desk would look better. maybe add some more pale toned art to the walls like the light blue/green tones found in the poster on the right. i think a solid color comforter would look better (black, white, pale blue or green). i think those are the only changes that can be made without completely redoing the entire room.

thanjs for the OC, these threads were getting kind of samey.
What's nice about these simple white interiors is that they're tasteless. They're cheap to design and reproduce, and are inoffensive. That's why corporate eateries are moving toward this style. Modernism is basically the cuck of design.
Try tastefully reproducing art deco or art nouveau. You'll fail miserably.
What's the point of collecting these? Do you contemplate them like art?
A lot of these look like shit out of a catalog=. The ones that are actually interesting are the real ones that look lived in like
