Formal clothes
A suit that's actually tailored, and that doesn't have 5 buttons to make weird proportions even more weird.

Once they reach a certain muscle mass, there's literally nothing formal they can wear that wouldn't look akward.
Giant man children
19th century clothes are designed with the objective of making a 19th century sedentary and malnourished man look like a muscular and powerful man, that's why suits are tailored to make your shoulders and your waist have the proportions they do.
If you are already muscular and powerful, there's no point in wearing a suit, and you'll look like a retarded robot, that's why people in the middle ages wore stuff like tunics and coats with T-shirt like sleeves and unfitted waists, they were muscular already.
The solution for bodybuilders would be wearing something with the least amount of spare cloth and the least amount of suit tailoring - as weird as it may sound, their suits should be tailored more like clothing that people wore when people were muscular. I suppose it would be a challenge for any tailor, but you could make a suit with T sleeves and experiment with lapels.
