Because it's hard to find a bra that fits a lot of clothing which is a problem if you have big titties and can't go braless or use a differently shaped bra with less support.
I usually have to go with boring tops to make sure my bra doesn't stick out somewhere, so I can see why a lot of people just give up and don't mind it being on show.

Honestly fuck off it's not like we intentionally have them hanging out of our shirts. Sometimes the straps become loose

No matter what I do, my bra straps always fall down. I can find bras that fit me perfectly everywhere else but no matter what type of bra I buy or how tight or loose I make the straps, they are gonna fucking fall down. If you're that distracted by my bra straps, I don't know how you get anything done on the internet with all those images of titties available.
